FIELD: superhigh-frequency technology used for phase shift in radio equipment and signal phase control in phased-out transceiving antenna arrays. SUBSTANCE: device is built around phase-shift loop coupled with short-circuited stub for each bit of 22.5, 45, 90, and 180 deg. phase shifter with reverse connection of p-i-n diodes. Phase shift provided by device is accurate to 0.5% at low stray amplitude modulation percentage, high degree of matching and power control. Relative influence of low- and superhigh-frequency circuits in unified unit within single sealed package using maximal possible integration is eliminated due to minimal microwave energy loss (maximum efficiency), minimal mismatch (standing-wave ratio), and, hence, reduced inserted phase errors.
