FIELD: microwave equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the microwave equipment and is intended for the electromagnetic wave phase change in the broadband SHF devices. SHF phase shifter on the decimeter wavelength range transmission lines microstrips comprises the pin-diode loop bits 22.5°, 45° with coupling in the loop, pin-diode bit 90°, pin-diode bit 180° on the interdigital directional microstrip coupler and the capacitor. To reduce the phase setting errors and losses, each of pin-diode bits 22.5° and 45° are realized on the in-series connected three pin-diodes, wherein the third pin-diodes are connected into the microstrip line section between the second pin-diodes and connected to the housing the first capacitors, connected to the appropriate control device output. Second pin-diodes of bits 22.5° and 45° anodes are connected to the first diodes cathodes, and through the second capacitors to the first diodes anodes. First pin-diode of bit 22.5° anode is connected to connected to the housing the first noise-suppression filter, and the third capacitor connected to the phase shifter the first input/output. First pin-diode of bit 22.5° cathode is connected to the first pin-diode of bit 45° cathode through the fourth capacitor, which anode is connected to connected to the housing the second interference suppression filter, and is connected to pin-diode bit 90° the interdigital directional coupler the first external unbound arm. Interdigital directional coupler inner arms of bit 90° are connected to the fourth pin-diodes anodes by high-resistance microstrip loops. Fourth pin-diodes cathodes are combined and connected to the control device corresponding output and through bit 90° first capacitors are connected to the housing. Interdigital directional coupler second outer decoupled arm of bit 90° is connected to the third interference suppression filter, which is connected to housing and is connected to bit 180° first input/output, and the second input/output is connected to the SHF phase shifter second input/output through the fifth capacitor.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is reduction in the phase setting errors, the phase shifter losses and dimensions.
