FIELD: microwave radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of microwave radio engineering and can be used for discrete control of microwave signal phase, in particular in phased antenna lattice with electronic beam control. Discrete microwave phase shifter on micro-strip transmission lines contains the pin-diode loop category, that is implemented on two series-connected pin diodes, the first of which is connected in series to the main transmission line, the anode of the second one is connected to the middle of the loop, and its cathode to a short-circuited matching loop, four capacitors, the first of which is installed in a loop, the second is on the first input-output of the device, the third is on its second input-output, the fourth is connected to the housing. In the gap of short-circuited matching loop, by wave resistance of 90 to 100 Ohm, the third diode is entered, connected to the fourth capacitor and the cathode of the second diode. The anode of the first pin-diode is connected to the noise filter, which is connected to the housing, and pin-diode loop discharge is performed with a connection to the loop with length of λ/32.
EFFECT: technical result is a reduction in the phase setting error.
