FIELD: medicine, particularly, pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: this method for manufacture of medicinal preparation for treating gastrointestinal ulcer in mammals prescribes admixing effective amount of fibroblast acid-resistant growth factor stock with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, binder or diluent. Disclosed method allows producing medicine that favors actually complete adhesion of ulcer. Comparison with H2-receptor antagonists revealed the fact that the best result for antagonists was either lower than or equal to result attainable with use of 10 percent of optimum quantity of composition based on fibroblast acid-resistant growth factor stock.
