FIELD: film materials. SUBSTANCE: composition has the following initial components, mas. p.: polyvinyl chloride 100; ester plasticizer 22-25; metalloorganic stabilizer 2-5; titanium dioxide 5-7; chalk 5-10, and fibrous filler containing cellulose 77 wt.-%, not less, with humidity 5.0%, not more, ash content 0.2%, not more, stearic acid 3-5%, iron 0.045%, not more, at pH value of aqueous extract 5-7. Components are mixed and rolled. Hydrothermal stability of film made of prepared composition is 1 h, thermal resistance at 130 C is 20 min. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. 1 tbl
