FIELD: sphere of thermal gas spraying coatings. SUBSTANCE: this method of thermal gas spraying ceramic coatings includes such steps as spraying metallic sublayer and then ceramic coating using powders based on partially stabilized zirconium dioxide or aluminum oxide or chromium oxide. Disclosed method prescribes maintaining basic coat spraying temperature between 150 and 200 C and forming coating temperature up to 1300 C and initially spraying ceramic particles to deposit ceramic monolayer on sublayer at basic coat temperature of 20 to 80 C. EFFECT: higher thermal stability.
