FIELD: elimination of rocket weapons. SUBSTANCE: charge with the case is set so that the opening, through which combustion products issue, would be upward directed. The opening is filled with liquid coolant for cutting-off the largest part of its burning surface. In burning the coolant is fed into the combustion chamber for control of combustion. Pressure within the combustion chamber is maintained at a low level to provide explosion-proof as much as possible. For decreasing evaporation a shield that decreases heat supply from combustion products is mounted above surface of the coolant. For enhancing retardation of combustion surface that is submerged into the coolant the surface undergoes ultrasonic radiation before burning. As a coolant water or neutralizing solutions of soda and alkali are used. EFFECT: enhanced safety. 7 cl, 1 dwg
