FIELD: recovery of solid propellant charges of rockets to be discarded and charges rejected in course of production. SUBSTANCE: cleaning of combustion products is effected without water which makes it possible to perform recovery under field conditions in winter seasons. Plant includes hermetic combustion chamber with gas duct inside which charge subjected to recovery is burnt. Temperature and pressure in reservoir are reduced as compared with rated values due to absorption of heat by gas duct and protective casing owing to which overall dimensions of plant may be reduced at similar masses of charges subject to recovery. Cleaning of accumulated combustion products requires more time as compared with burning time due to flow regulator. For neutralization of HCl contained in combustion products, powder-like neutralizing agent (KOH, NaCO3) shall be injected from gas generator fitted with injector or use shall be made of small-size catalytic dry-cleaning filter. Passage of gases through cleaning unit is effect due to pressure accumulated in reservoir during burning of charge. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 1 dwg
