FIELD: otolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: when examining sinus, superimposed transformer converter is disposed in air. Measuring and reference signals are excited by means of the converter. Value of change in frequency is indicated and phase shift is regulated. Initial phase shift between measuring and reference signals should be equal to zero. After that the converter is mounted onto the surface of sinus. If frequency increases, pathology of sinus should be diagnosed. EFFECT: improved efficiency of examination; improved truth. 1 dwg
