FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: process includes determination of perirhinal sinuses state by a computer tomography. Defining of received in axial and front projections a total area of all cell sections of a trellised labyrinth for back, centre and front groups of cells is made. Sections interval at tomography carrying out makes 1.25 mm. At area value less than 31÷41 cm2 the predilection to occurrence of polypous rhinosinusitis is diagnosed for the patient.
EFFECT: this method allows tapping patients with predilection to occurrence of polypous rhinosinusitis by results of a computer tomography.
