SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes incising pathologically misshapen tissues, restoring muscles and fascioneurotic structures of pelvic floor layer after layer and in earlier post-operative period draining and flushing large intestine via tubular draining device routed transanally more proximally relative to O'Bern-Pirogov-Moutie's sphincter.
