FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising distal portion of urethra and carrying out vulvectomy. Cavernous bodies of clitoris and greater vestibular glands are excised. The urethra is sutured into the anterior vaginal wall. The urethra is pulled to vaginal exit orifice. The urethra is attached to urogenital diaphragm. The tissular defect is covered by suturing cutaneous wound to the edges of separated vagina turned with its inside outside. EFFECT: reduced risk of vulva carcinoma recurrence. 12 dwg
