FIELD: medicine, particularly surgery. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes cutting out full-thickness graft with aponeurosis on musculus rectus abdominis from anterior abdominal wall, cutting off two symmetrical grafts in distal sections of this graft, deepithelizing and suturing these together, then immersing these grafts into physiological solution, shaping subcutaneous tunnel to provide access to resected mammary gland, passing full-thickness graft with aponeurosis on vascular pedicle through this tunnel, molding mammary gland, covering defective area of aponeurosis of anterior abdominal wall using free graft, suturing cutaneous wound, and finally molding umbilicus. EFFECT: lower rate of post-operative complications associated with plasty of defect of anterior abdominal wall in area of cutting out full-thickness graft together with aponeurosis on vascular pedicle.
