FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exsecting skin of the breast wall in the form of inverted half-moon at the place the mammary gland is to be formed. In suturing transverse skin-and- muscle graft on the musculus rectus abdominis taken from the anterior abdominal wall with recipient wound skin, mammary gland-like formation is created on the breast wall. The graft moves downward in vertical body position under gravity action resulting in submammary fold formed by the half-moon- shaped graft and drop-shaped mammary gland being formed.
