FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes dissecting cicatrix and surrounding tissues located in thoracic wall in region of removed mammary gland, cutting out cellulo-cutaneous graft together with aponeurosis from anterior abdominal wall below umbilicus, molding subcutaneous tunnel from full-thickness graft based on vascular pedicle up to operative wound in thoracic wound, displacing cellulo-cutaneous graft over it, molding mammary gland from it and finally suturing it in cutaneous wound in thoracic wall, de-epithelizing cicatrized cutaneous graft withdrawn from thoracic wall and then suturing it into defective aponeurotic region in carrying out plasty of anterior abdominal wall. EFFECT: lower rate of post-operative hernial diverticula and other complications associated with sewing-in of synthetic implants. 12 dwg
