FIELD: medical radiology. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon focused photon radiation at depth of 10-40 mm. Radionuclides are used for the purpose which emanate photon radiation with energy of 20-100 keV through multichannel collimators which have focus length 5-25 mm. When irradiating center of affection of back part of eye-ball at depth of 10-25 mm the uniform dosed field is formed by radionuclides which irradiate photon radiation with energy of 25-40 keV through multichannel focusing collimator which has focus length being equal to 25-30 mm. When irradiating center of affection of eye orbit at depth of 5-40 mm the uniform dosed field is formed by radionuclides which irradiate photon radiation with energy of 50-100 keV through multichannel focusing collimator with focus length 40-45 mm.
