FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: Distinguishing trait of this method resides in that, in order to attain desired object, tumors are inoculated to two groups of animals. In first group, tumors are irradiated by absorbed dose of 3.5 gr ≅D1≅ 6.5 gr and in second group with dose of (D1+1,5 gr)≅D2≅8 gr. Tumor volumes V1 and V2 in both groups of animals should be measured one time after expiration of period tn = 2.2 D2 (days). Radiobiological parameters Do and n characterizing radiosensitivity of tumor should be determined with aid of formulae given in specification. EFFECT: higher accuracy.
