FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering two courses of chemotherapy with Cisplatin at an intravenous dose of 100 mg/sm² at the first day of treatment, Adriamycinum at an intravenous dose of 20 mg/sm² daily during 120 h in continuous mode, Methotrexatum at a single dose of at a dose of 7 mg/sm² from the first to the fifth day. Three weeks later after the second course being accomplished, radiation therapy is administered in 2 stages. Photon radiation is administered at a dose of 2 Gr 5 times a week during 4 weeks at the first stage.
