FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: casings are filled with water, spent-fuel assemblies are put into them. Filter which thickness does not prevent process of convective move of water in casing is installed in each casing. Surface of water in casing is covered with layer of granulated polyethylene.
