FIELD: membrane separation of highly aggressive liquids and gases. SUBSTANCE: bundle of membrane members is placed in a body. Ends of the members are fixed in two movable tube sheets, provided with axial holes supplied with nozzles. Tightness of the chamber is ensured by two circular separating members in the form of metallic membranes. Peripheries of the separating members are joined to the body, and their internal perimeters are joined to the bottom of corresponding sleeve next to a nozzle. The distance δ from end cap is defined from inequality d<0,8(δs-1/2Δ), where Δ is maximum length change of the membrane members; ds is maximum value of deflection of the separating member.
