FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has: body 1 with support 2 and rod 3; interlocking tool with lid 7, that forms with body 1 at least two grooves to locate levers of foot pedals; located in upper pert of rod lock 6. Lid 7 is mounted on rod with capability to move along it and is connected with lock with the help of set of bushes 8, set loose on rod 3, overlapping each other and capable to rotate relatively to each other. Bushes 8 are connected with each other, with lid 7 and lock, using, for example, spring rings, placed in grooves, made on joining surfaces of bushes 8. Hook, interlocking steering wheel, is rigidly fixed on lock. EFFECT: simplification of structure, its low cost, sufficient degree of reliability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
