FIELD: drying technology; drying milk, egg blend in sprayed state. SUBSTANCE: device has cyclone chamber with device for supplying the medium, housing made in form of volute with outlet circular passage which is connected to the upper portion of the volute, vertical shaft mounted in discharge passage made inside the housing and cyclone chamber and blades located on side of lower end of shaft. Besides that, compressor bent vanes are secured on the shaft of side of its upper end; feeding device in made in form of horizontal branch pipe which is so located relative to the walls of discharge passage that forms circular passages which is brought in communication with cyclone chamber. Secured on the wall of branch pipe before compressor vanes are additional vanes bent to side opposite to the compressor vanes; blades are located in circular passage and are secured on wall of discharge passage.
