FIELD: production of children's and dietary food. SUBSTANCE: installation comprises cylindrical casing with concentrically-arranged auger, loading hopper and a device for discharging liquid phase from dehydrated product. The device for discharging the liquid phase has the form of plates mounted on rods rigidly secured on the casing. Each plate has an axial hole and a recess for forming, when assembled, a channel for an auger and radial holes for dischargning the liquid phase. Installed in the loading hopper is a minced-meat agitator connected with auger shaft. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 3 dwg
