One of shutting valves provides for positioning of spring-loaded control valve 19 and is placed in annular groove 17 of body of collector. This valve can be manufactures in the form of spring-loaded plunger 18. Plunger is coupled to body of hydraulic cylinder 10 with the aid of tie-rod 28 and mobile rest 29.
