FIELD: biology; methods of decontaminating waste waters. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes decontaminating waste water in aeration tank in presence of active silt microorganisms immobilized on planar charge containing 83 to 86 mass percent thermoplastic polymer and 14 to 17 mass percent powderous charcoal. This method further prescribes introducing required amount of charcoal into polymer melt to allow formation of porous structure having specific gravity of 1 g/cu. cm when molding material into sheets or strips. EFFECT: disclosed method demands no recovery of charge, since atrophied silt is spontaneously washed off by water flow and routed from aeration tank to secondary sedimentation tank, and allows degree of decontamination of 97.5 to 98.5 % for biological components and 99.9 to 100.0 % for surfactants. 2 cl, 1 tbl
