FIELD: wastewater treatment plants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste water biological treatment, in particular to biological filters charge material production. Described is biological filter charge material with immobilization properties production method, including production of charge material from polymer substances, which contain organic additives, wherein in polymer material as organic additive vegetable oil-refining waste, micro-cellulose is used, containing a plasticizing components, such as waxes, and volatile organic impurities, facilitating pores formation with production of material with density of 0.6÷0.8 g/cm3 and porosity from 50 to 150 cells/cm2, and biogenic substances, such as triacylglycerides, styroles, carotenoids, promoting microflora immobilization on charge, charge is prepared at following components ratio, wt%: polyolefin - stretch-polyethylene - 60÷80, waste micro-cellulose - 20÷40, stretch-polyethylene granules are mixed with waste micro-cellulose, produced mixture is extruded at temperature of 170÷180 °C in twin-screw extruder with granulating device with production of granules with diameter of 2÷20 mm and length of 3÷100 mm.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in waste water biological treatment efficiency.
