FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: driving shaft 3 is coupled with driving link 1 through pressing unit 6. Driving link 1 is in contact with rollers 5 by its concave surface. The rollers are interconnected via springs 7 and additionally coupled with driven shaft 4. Driven link 2 is made of a disk. Flat spring 7 is provided with spring 8 rigidly connected with it.
