FIELD: power-generating plants. SUBSTANCE: house heating plant has two water boilers whose sections are mounted on side walls of foundation. Boiler grate is installed between walls; it isolates ash pit from combustion chamber. Ratio of ash pit height to distance from grate to upper edges of foundation side walls is 1.4 to 1.7. Combustion chamber communicates with external and internal gas ducts. The latter are arranged symmetrically in respect to longitudinal axes of their boilers. Ratio of distance between longitudinal axes of boilers to that between longitudinal axis of boiler and one of its gas ducts is 2.4 to 2.6. Each gas duct has vertical and horizontal sections. External and internal gas ducts of boilers communicate with initial section of collecting flue on its end side through horizontal sections which are curvilinear and with downgrade towards collecting flue. Downgrade is 0.2. End section of collecting flue communicates with chimney stack through curvilinear section having downgrade of 0.2 towards chimney stack. Heating plant is provided with cleaning manholes. EFFECT: improved design. 7 cl, 3 dwg
