SUBSTANCE: for keeping accuracy of master and remote clocks if operation of central clock was disturbed first and second central clocks and new units with proper couplings were inserted into structure of central, master and remote clocks. This enables referencing of master clock with respect to time standard and frequency and accuracy of synchronization of remote clocks to be kept if operation of central clock is disturbed. Device for synchronization of clock by radio channel has central clocks (11, 12), n master clocks (2...2n), m remote clocks (3...3m), standard 4 of time and frequency and transported clock 5. Mix of central clocks include former of reference signal, phase inverter, frequency divider, pulse counter, radio receiver, time parameter register, unit of coordinate input, unit of distance finding, unit of finding of time of signal propagation, unit of determination of correction of time scale, adder, commutator, unit of phase comparison, frequency tuning unit, prediction unit, former of control instructions. Mix of each of n master clocks include former of reference signal, frequency divider, former of frequency-stabilized signal, radio transmitter, former of pulse time signal, former of correction signal of time scale. Mix of each of m remote clocks has former of reference signal, phase inverter, frequency divider, pulse counter, radio receiver, register of time interval, decoder, unit of input of correction, storage, unit of computation of error, unit of input of coordinates, former of control instructions.
