SUBSTANCE: system for synchronizing clocks via a radio channel contains N objects of leading clock 11÷1N, N objects of remote clock 21÷2N and central clock object 3, while leading clock 1 includes supporting generator 4, time standard block 5, time signal generator 6, radio transmitter 7, memory block 8 and program block 9, remote clock 2 includes supporting generator 10, time standard block 11, time difference meter 12 and radio receiver 13, and central clock object 3 includes supporting generator 14, time standard block 15, time difference meter 16, radio receiver 17, first correction computation block 18, first memory block 19, first comparison block 20, correction signal generator 21, first comparison block 20, correction signal generator 21, first key 22, block for determining clock movement 23, control signals generator 24, second key 25, second correction computation block 26, second memory block 27, second comparison block 28, group correction generator 29 and commutator 30, and also communication line 31 and auxiliary communication channels 321-32N, while keys 22 and 25 are made on AND-NOT element 33, program block 9 includes decoder 34, AND element 35, key 36, clock generator 37, code transformer 38, first and second registers 39 and 40, control signal generator 24 includes subtraction blocks 41,42, quantization blocks 43, 44, code transformer 45, adders 461-46n+1, multiplication block 47, delay blocks 481-48n, clock generator 49 and OR element 50.
