FIELD: common time systems. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to common time systems in which transmission of time signals is used for synchronization of clocks separated over territory. System of clock synchronization over radio channel has family of driving clocks, family of remote clocks, central clock, satellite radio navigation system and communication lines. System performs in sequence: reception and use of signals of driving clocks at remote and central clocks, transmission of results of synchronization of time scale of remote clocks by signals of driving clocks to central clock, referencing of time scale of satellite radio navigation system to family time scale of proposed system, transmission of correction to synchronizer and its input into signal of system, high-accuracy synchronization of time scale of all clocks by signals of radio navigation spacecraft.
