Each master clock includes reference generator, frequency divider, time signal former, transmitter, storage, program unit, analyzer of results of referencing of time scales, unit of referencing of time scales, comparator, key and former of signals to control frequency. each remote clock incorporates reference generator, frequency divider, analyzer of results of referencing of time scales, unit of extraction of time parameter, meter of time intervals, unit of separation of information flows and unit of correction of results of referencing. Central clock includes reference generator, frequency divider, unit of referencing of time scales, meter of time difference, radio receiver, analyzer of results of referencing of time scales, unit of extraction of time parameter, meter of time intervals, commutator of communication lines, unit of separation of information flows, former of corrections and authenticity symbol, former of controlling actions and key.
