FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: grille is a combination of longitudinal and crosswise strips. The longitudinal strips are semicircle in their cross-section (radius h) and isosceles triangle with the base length l₁. The triangle base is abut to that of the semicircle. The angle opposite to the base is 75-110 deg. The ratio of the radius and triangle base length is 0,28≅ R/l₁≅ 0,42, and the ratio of spacing between the plane tangential to the apexes of the triangles of every longitudinal strip and plane tangential to the closer surface of its crosswise strip and maximum distance l₃ between the cross section points of every longitudinal strip is 4,1≅ l₃/l₂≅ 8,2. The distance between the plane tangential to the apexes of the triangles of every longitudinal strip and plane tangential to the closer surface of its crosswise strip is 0.52-0.83 mm. The ratio of distance l₄ between the longitudinal strips and l₃ is 0,66≅ l₄/l₃≅ 0,91.
