FIELD: medicine; oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves one-stage daily endolymphatic introduction of chemical preparations. A single dose contains 2 g of fluorouracil, 40-50 mg of adriablastin, and 50-60 mg of methotrexate. A course dose is, respectively, 8-10 g, 80-100 mg, and 100-120 mg. Adriablastin and methotrexate are introduced only on the 1st-5th days after application of catheter while fluorouracil, on the 1-3-5-7-9th days, repeating the course of treatment after 4 weeks. The total number of courses is three. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment.
