FIELD: medicine, oncourology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for chemotherapy in patients with invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the penis. The method of treating invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the penis involves amputating of the penis and catheterizing the lymphatic vessel of the thigh. Starting from the first day after amputation, ceftriaxone antibacterial medicinal product 1.0 g per 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution is injected into the lymphatic vessel of the thigh for 4 minutes, twice daily for 7 days. After 7 days, 4 courses of adjuvant endolymphatic chemotherapy with Cisplatin are performed at a dose of 70 mg/m2 on the 1st day, for 2 hours; Fluorouracil at a dose of 800 mg/m2 on days 2, 3, 4, and 5, 24-hour infusion, every 28 days, which is injected into a previously installed catheter.
EFFECT: invention provides prevention of postoperative complications, continuous and long-term administration of several chemotherapy medicinal products followed by repeated courses, regional and systemic long-term exposure to high concentrations of chemotherapy medicinal products, reduced toxicity and adverse reactions, and improved treatment results.
