FIELD: granule production from liquid and melt materials. SUBSTANCE: bellows 5 closed by plates 6 and 7 are disposed in sequence above output holes of case 1. Plates 6 are attached motionless to base 8. Plates 7 are connected rigidly to strip 9 and connected with rod 10. Any bellows 5 has channels 11, 13 for communication with atmosphere. Bellows 5 constrict and expand periodically due to rod 10 and strip 9 which reciprocate both. As a result variations of pressure in case are generated with specific frequency. The case is filled with liquid material. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 dwg
