FIELD: production of molded catalyst for cleaning gases from nitrogen oxides in presence of ammonium. SUBSTANCE: plastic mass containing components of carrier is molded, e.g., clay and titanium oxide and active reagent - oxides of vanadium and tungsten, into cellular blocks with subsequent drying and thermal treatment. In this case, titanium-containing agent and clay are mixed with definite technical characteristics of powders, i.e., moisture content up to 5 mass.%, and particle sizing 100-50 microns, at their ratio of 4,5-1:1. Use of slime containing 10-50 mas.% of titanium oxide is possible. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 4 tbl
