SUBSTANCE: derivatives of propenoic acid of the formula where R1 - C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, COOR4 where R4 is C1-C4-alkyl, PO(OR)3, COR4 where R4 - C1-C4-alkyl or phenyl or R1 - benzyl, phenyl, pyridyl or its N-oxide, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, pyridazinyl, quinalyl, pyrrolyl, thiazolyl, furanyl, triazinyl, benzthiazole, furanyl, triazinyl, benzthazole, benzoxazole, isoxazole, thienyl, quinoxalinyl; R2 - hydrogen, halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, CF3, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, pyrimidinyl, amino, pyrrolyl, imidazolinyl. Reagent 1: compound of the formula (I), given in invention description. Reagent 2: compound of the formula HONc(R1, R2). Reaction conditions: in the basic madium.
