Their interaction is carried out in organic solvent in the presence of base or in excess of amine, the process is followed by isolation of desired product or by treatment if it is necessary thus prepared product where X1-Cl R3 and R4 where is Cl, Br, I. Said treatment is carried out with the help of base or two-phase system which contains organic solvent and water in the presence of catalyst to produce compound where together with C(O)N form acetyl-2-on ring.
