FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: gear includes D.C. electric machine which is mechanically coupled to asynchronous motor and has independent excitation winding linked through regulator of its current to D.C. power supply source, charging and discharging circuits, current relays, ammeters, time relays, analog converters, thyristor, intermediate relay. New elements are current relay, ammeters, time relays, analog current-to-voltage converters, thyristor, intermediate relay. Storage battery is connected to input of regulator of current of excitation winding of D.C electric machine through charging and discharging circuits and corresponding analog converters. Corresponding time relays set intervals of charging and discharging currents and values of these currents are established by converters and are kept at proper level.
