Each cooling member 4 has metal case with conduits for cooling agent in the form of multistart spirals, sheath and unions in the form of T-joints 11. Main passages of T-joints 11 are oriented perpendicular to face surface of cases and form lines to feed and discharge cooling agent. Corrugated bushings made from dielectric material contacted thermally are put in places of their joining to ensure sealing and damping.
