FIELD: wine-making and alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary aromatization of oak wood (insert) made in the form of hollow cylinder turned from oak wood or twisted from oak sheet of veneer whose edges are fixed and placed over internal side surface of glass bottle. Oak wood is aromatized with ingredient conferring aroma inherent to ready drink. Initial drink is filled bottle and aged until use. In so doing, beverage is subjected to aging, aromatization and purification by its contacting with insert having holes burnt out in vacuum and data on labels and counterlabels also burnt out in vacuum on insert external surface from opposite sides. The beverage is additionally subjected to contacting with material conferring flavor to drink and accommodated inside insert. The material is used in the form of oak buds, acord buds, acorns, powder of natural oak, oak leaves, fruits and berries.
