FIELD: production of claydite gravel. SUBSTANCE: device has rotating working tools and housing. Clay is extruded through clearances between working tools and housing. Working tools having perforated conical surfaces are provided with sealing in the form of annular cavity having closed profile. which is defined by working tool band wall and housing flange wall. Walls of working tool band and housing flange are made C-shaped and are positioned in overlapped relation so that their strips coincide one with the other. Clay extruded through clearances is introduced into annular cavities and moved to receiving throat due to rotation of bands and is then returned into receiving throat cavity through windows by means of scrapers. Prevailing volume of clay is passed through perforated surfaces. EFFECT: improved quality of granular claydite and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
