FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: device comprises bad with batching device made up as a hopper and horizontal feeder that underlies the hopper, thrust table on flexible supports with a means for exciting vibration interposed between the columns interconnected through a cross-beam at the top, and top and bottom traverses. The columns are enclosed by guide bushings. The top and bottom traverses are kinematically coupled with the rods of actuating cylinders and are connected to the punch and dia via flexible members. The dia bears on the thrust table through the detachable bottom. The detachable bottom and detachable pan are mounted on the additional carriage in series. The additional carriage bears on the auxiliary traverse mounted on the rods of the actuating cylinders. The directions of the horizontal movements of the major and additional carriages of the mechanism for feeding detachable pans are mutually perpendicular and lay in the same plane. The total rigidity of the flexible supports and a distance from the guides of the major carriage to the surfaces of the auxiliary traverse at the end bottom position exceed the total rigidity of the flexible members and die by a factor of 1.2-4.5 and 1.5-4.5, respectively.
