FIELD: conduction of hydraulic massage. SUBSTANCE: method may be used both for individual hydraulic massage under household conditions and in conduction of sanative massage in medical and sanitary institutions. The method includes use of main swirling flow for creation of vacuum space in chamber and formation of side spraying flow for producing water jet pulsations. Side spraying flow in chamber vacuum space is used again and then cyclic collision is effected of main swirling flow with side spraying flow directed opposite to each other. The device for method embodiment has nozzle whose body accommodates screw ending in cone. Body channel is made of three successively arranged parts - cylindrical, conical, smoothly passing onto throat with diameter equalling 0.8-0.4 diameter of cylindrical part, and expanding part ending in smooth passing to end face surface. Nozzle has floating cup installed in body flange with the help of pressing-down washer whose upper part has diametric hole with radial through dissection.
