FIELD: cutting of metal pipes. SUBSTANCE: rotating handle 21 of rod 20 brings clamps 1 and 5 together and feeds cutting rollers 28 to required depth of cutting. Pipe is cut when pipe cutter is rotated abount longitudinal axis of the pipe and cutting rollers 28 are fed to selected depth of cutting after each revolution around the pipe.
