FIELD: welding equipment. SUBSTANCE: at least one of radial rods, movable relative to a housing of the apparatus, is provided by an electrically conductive member with current conductive belt, contacting with an inner surface of an article. The housing of the apparatus is provided by an electrically conductive sleeve, arranged coaxially with the housing and having an upper surface, contacting with the current conductive belt, secured to the housing and joined by an electric cable with the above mentioned current conductive belt. The housing is fixed against rotation relative to the sleeve, rotating at welding, with the aid of a pin, secured to the housing. One end of the pin is arranged in one of openings of a strut, mounted on a base. EFFECT: enhanced serviceability of the apparatus. 2 cl, 3 dwg
