SUBSTANCE: to increase damping and corrosion resistance properties of steel molybdenum is additionally added, at the following ratio of components, mass %: carbon 0.005-0.02; silicon 0.1-0.5; manganese 0.15-0.3; chromium 15.0-18.0; molybdenum 0.5-0.7; aluminium 0.3-0.7; titanium 0.1-0.3; niobium 0.1-0.3; and the rest - ferrum.
