FIELD: electrolytic cell to generate peroxy- and perhalogen compounds. SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer has alternately arranged cathodes and anodes provided with electrolyte feed with cathodes and anodes built of cubical hollow bodies with frame-like seals between them. The seals are leakproof. The cathodes and anodes are isolated from each other and linked to each other to construct cell package through these seals. Cathode hollow bodies are permeable for liquids and gases. Anode hollow bodies above and below platinum plating have inlet and outlet holes for anolyte. Anode active surface consists of rectifying metal base and platinum foil in it. The base is manufactured by hot pressing the platinum foil onto carrier of rectifying metal.
