FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanical motor consists of a case, mechanical converter of torque which is made of two intersecting axles: vertical axle which is inserted in a take-off shaft and horizontal axle provided with a wheel secured to its ends. Inertial weights are fitted above the wheels. The weights are rigidly coupled with axles of the wheels and kinematically coupled with roll guides of a driving device mounted on the case through rigid balancing levers.
